Attached to my environment, I wanted to place my restaurant in a responsible approach by essentially offering products from our region and highlighting the know-how of our producers and artisans.
Thus each product, each material, each object has been carefully selected to limit its environmental impact as much as possible and to be in line with my commitments.
In the form of slate, the menus are constantly changing and developed according to what nature has to offer.
